Our Ladies Ministry here at Salem is all about studying God’s word to enable us, as ladies, to enter into a deeper walk with Him. Growing in Jesus, learning to get involved in the body of Christ,  praying and supporting each other while enjoying tea or coffee and wonderful fellowship.

At Salem we have two dedicated Ladies Ministries. Thursday ladies meet every Thursday at 10am. Idea for our ladies who are available during the week. While Saturday ladies meet every second Saturday at 9am which is for all and especially those who work during the week.

At Salem Men’s Ministry our vison is to be our brothers keeper. (Gen 4: 9). Every second Saturday at 7am we get together for a time of sharing, encouragement and coffee.

Every Tuesday at 10am right here at Salem we have a time of fellowship, Bible study and mutual encouragement for anyone who is retired. You are invited to join us for a cup of coffee or tea as we come together around God Word.

We as a church believe in making an impact in our community beyond the walls of the Church. As such we have a number of active projects in various communities around the city.

Salem sends ministers to witness on the streets in the area, to evangelise in South Africa, to train pastors in Zambia and to support churches in India.

We also support ministries that record the Gospel and translate the Bible into many different languages.

Besides financial support, we are passionate about developing and maintaining close personal relationships with missionary families.

At Salem we believe in our next generation. We love and value children. We are deeply committed to seeing them grow strong in Jesus, because we believe they are the church TODAY! So we have age specific programs designed for kids to experience God through interactive worship, to grow to know Him and His Word through relevant and engaging message times, and to find friendship with other kids while playing games and having fun! Our Smallstarz and Allstarz classes cater for all ages between 3 years up to Grade 6, every Sunday of the school term.

United Ministry is run by a very fun and energetic bunch of leaders that love teaching and bringing our community closer to God.

United Ministry brings grades 7-12 (ages 14-18) together every Friday night at 18:30 for exciting and competitive games and Christian fellowship.

We here at United believe in bringing our future adults closer to God by revealing truth, helping them find purpose and encouraging them that they do have a future with Jesus alongside their friends and peers. We strive to create a safe space where teenagers feel welcome, loved and connected to those around them.
